MENG Evangelion Unit-02 Ver 1.5

The 47 cm height really makes Unit-02 tower on my shelf, and the articulation in the arms is surprisingly smooth for such a large kit. I spent an evening carefully snapping it together and the fit was tight but not frustrating.

The LED components look fantastic when lit up inside the Eva’s chest and eyes. Took me a couple evenings to finish, but the final build feels solid and really captures the iconic design.

At 47 cm this thing is way bigger than I expected and it dominates my shelf in the best way. The build itself was fiddly in a few spots but nothing frustrating, and the finished kit looks incredible.
