Premium Bandai HG 1/144 Byarlant Isolde

The chunky thruster pack on the Byarlant Isolde gives it such a distinct silhouette on the shelf, and the articulation is better than I expected for a larger design. I’ve been having a lot of fun posing it with the claw arms.

The panel lining on this one really pops against the molded plastic, and the articulation in the shoulders is surprisingly smooth for such a bulky frame. It took me a few evenings to finish, but the final presence on the shelf is absolutely worth the effort.

The kit's chunky silhouette is super imposing once assembled, and the molded color separation on the chest vents is shockingly good for this scale. I spent a whole evening just panel-lining and it popped like crazy.
