Premium Bandai MG 1/100 FA-78-2 Heavy Gundam

I've built a lot of MG kits, but the sheer amount of extra armor and weapon options here is impressive, and the detail on the shoulder cannons is really sharp. The build was a bit more involved than a standard release, but the end result is a solid, display-worthy heavy Gundam.

The sheer amount of extra armor and weapon options in the box is incredible, and the sculpted detail on the chest vents and shoulder pylons is really sharp. I spent a whole evening just clipping and cleaning the parts, which is exactly what I wanted from a premium kit.

The frame articulation on this one is a cut above the standard MG releases—the added armor layers actually stay snug during posing instead of flopping around. Build took me a solid weekend and the detail on the FA-78-2's chest and shoulder units is just gorgeous. Glad I finally pulled the trigger on
