Premium Bandai MG 1/100 ZZ Gundam Ver Ka Clear Ver

The clear armor really shows off the mechanical details underneath, and the kit comes with enough runners to build the full armor set or just display the Gundam without it. Took a few evenings to snap together, but the transformation gimmick is satisfying without any loose parts.

The inner frame is still fully detailed even with the clear armor, so it feels like I’m getting two kits in one. Assembly was smooth, and the final build looks incredible on my shelf with light hitting the translucent parts.

The clear plastic really lets the inner frame details pop, and the transformation is surprisingly solid for a kit this size. I had been waiting for this release since the standard Ver Ka was announced, and the transparent armor makes it feel like a whole different build.
