JRB MGSD Strike Rouge

The inner frame articulation is surprisingly sturdy for the scale, and the metallic finish on the armor parts pops perfectly without extra paint. Really glad I tracked down this out-of-print version.

The panel lines on this kit are incredibly crisp and clean, making it a joy to snap together straight out of the box. It looks fantastic on the shelf even without any paint or topcoat.

Finally got my hands on this out-of-print kit and the panel lines are crisper than any MGSD I’ve built before. The red frame pieces snap together with that satisfying tightness, and the decals actually stick without silvering. Took me a weekend to finish, but the shelf presence is worth the hunt.
