The articulation in the shoulder joints is surprisingly smooth for such a small scale, and the metallic parts click together with nice precision. Took me about three evenings to finish the build, but the end result looks incredibly sharp on my shelf.

The metal frame gives this kit a satisfying heft that plastic-only models just can't match. I spent a careful evening assembling it, and the gold-plated parts on the chest really pop against the white armor.

Snapping the inner metal frame together first made the whole build feel sturdier than the usual all-plastic 1/144 kits. Panel lining the Blanche armor took me a whole evening and it was worth it.
