Bandai Hobby RG 1/144 Unicorn Gundam Full Armor

That shiny gloss finish on the outer armor panels really pops once assembled, and the transformation mechanism from Unicorn to Destroy mode is surprisingly smooth for this scale. I’ve built a few RGs before, but the engineering on this one feels a notch above—every joint clicks into place cleanly.

The decals and all those separate armor panels really make the Unicorn pop once assembled, though I had to glue a couple of the smaller bits. My first RG build and the articulation in the Full Armor mode is surprisingly good for the scale.

The transformation gimmick is incredibly satisfying to see come together, and the sheer amount of included weaponry makes it feel like a complete display piece. Even the tiny decals add just the right level of detail for a 1/144 scale kit.
