MCS Metal Build Style 1/72 Destiny

The joint articulation on this kit is incredibly tight, holding the massive wing binders in any pose I set. Assembly took a couple evenings, but the fit of the parts was near-perfect without needing any glue.

The gold-plated parts on the wings catch the light perfectly once assembled, and the 1/72 scale makes it feel substantial without being too bulky. I spent a few evenings carefully snapping everything together, and the fit was surprisingly tight for a third-party kit.

The inner frame articulation is so smooth that I caught myself posing it for an hour straight, and the panel lines are crisp enough to look great with just a matte topcoat. The wings lock into place with a satisfying click, which is rare at this scale. Definitely the centerpiece of my shelf now.
