GOOD SMILE COMPANY MODEROID Strelitzia

Articulating the knees was a little finicky at first, but once I got the polycaps seated right the poseability is fantastic. The color separation on the head unit meant I didn’t need any paint, which saved me a ton of time.

The articulation on this Strelitzia kit is surprisingly fluid once the joints are set, and the plastic has a nice, smooth finish that takes panel lining well. It's a fun build, though I wish the manual had a few more close-up shots of the trickier leg sections.

The plastic parts snap together cleanly with barely any flash, which made the build far smoother than I expected for a kit this size. Strelitzia's silhouette looks fantastic once assembled, and the articulation holds poses well enough to display without a stand.
