Bandai Spirits 1/48 RX-78F00 ガンダム

Waited the full 8 weeks for this to arrive, but the size at 1/48 scale makes it an impressive display piece straight out of the box. The plastic feels higher quality than typical kits, and assembly was surprisingly smooth even for my skill level.

The packaging was surprisingly sturdy for a special order, and the parts fit together with almost no seam lines needing cleanup. It took me about two evenings to assemble, but the detail on the 1/48 scale really pops once finished.

The panel lines on this 1/48 kit are incredibly crisp, and the scale makes it a perfect centerpiece. I was a bit anxious about the 6-8 week lead time, but it arrived well-packaged and the build was straightforward. For the level of detail, the wait was absolutely worth it.
