I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp the panel lines turned out right out of the box without any extra sanding. The articulation in the arms lets me pose it in aggressive battle stances that really show off the design.

The joints on this kit are incredibly tight, holding even the massive tail weapon in dynamic poses without sagging. Assembly took me about four evenings, and every piece snapped together with satisfying precision. A really solid build for the price point.

The color separation on the armor panels is sharper than I expected for a kit in this scale, and the gold trim pieces actually look metallic without any paint. I've built a few SD-style kits before and this one feels denser and more detailed than those.
