Changlong 9901

Took me a couple of patient evenings to get the whole thing together, but the pieces fit cleanly and the finished model looks impressive on my shelf. It’s a solid, focused build for someone who likes a bit of hands-on detail work.

I've spent the last few evenings slowly snapping together the 9901 and the level of detail on the tiny parts is surprisingly satisfying. The whole assembly process was engaging without being frustrating. Definitely a nice little stress-relief project.

The joints on this Changlong kit click together so satisfyingly, each piece fits perfectly with almost no flash to clean up. I lost track of time for a whole afternoon putting the chassis together.
