Premium Bandai HGUC 1/144 Gundam TR-1 (Hazel Owsla) Gigantic Arm Unit Equipment

The articulation on those Hazel Owsla arms is ridiculously smooth for a High Grade, and the sheer presence it adds to the TR-1 on the shelf is worth every penny. Panel lining the massive claw took a while, but the final result looks like it stepped straight out of the OVA.

The sheer amount of plastic in this box is insane—those gigantic arms are massive. Took me a full evening just to trim all the parts from the runners. It looks absolutely ridiculous and imposing on my shelf.

Bought this for the sheer absurdity of the gigantic arm unit on a 1/144 scale, and it doesn’t disappoint—the articulation in those joints is surprisingly smooth for something that massive. It’s a premium Bandai kit so the plastic quality feels top-tier, and the build was a fun afternoon project.
