Premium Bandai HG 1/144 Gundam G05

The articulation on this kit's shoulders is really tight compared to other HGs I've assembled. I'm impressed with how crisp the sculpted panel lines are for a Premium Bandai exclusive. It's a solid build that looks great on the shelf.

Having built a few UC kits, the G05's shoulder armor design really stands out — the way it's engineered in that 1/144 scale feels satisfyingly complex. It took me a couple evenings to get through all the parts, but the end result displays beautifully.

Oh man, the panel lines on this 1/144 scale Gundam G05 are so crisp, detailing the UC mech was a breeze with just a quick panel lining pass. The plastic also holds its shape really well when you're making those tight joints fit, which I always worry about with smaller kits.
